Decorum Appreciated
We kindly ask all guests to help maintain a calm and respectful atmosphere within Thalasso Luxury Spa. To promote a tranquil environment, please keep mobile devices silenced and speak quietly. We also suggest avoiding bringing young children or pets, as our locations do not typically offer play areas for children.
Reservation Recommendations
To secure your preferred treatment time, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. Reservations can be made through our spa reception or on our website. Walk-in guests are always welcome, and we will do our best to accommodate based on availability.
Walk-In Guest Accommodations
While we warmly welcome walk-in guests, please be aware that immediate service availability may be limited during peak hours. We will do our utmost to meet your needs or suggest an alternative time.
Late Arrivals
We understand that unexpected delays can happen. We kindly ask that you notify us at least three hours in advance if you expect to arrive late for your appointment.
Service Delays on Our Part
In the case of unforeseen delays on our end, we will notify you promptly and arrange to reschedule your appointment at a time that is convenient for you. If rescheduling is not possible, we will provide a credit note that can be applied toward a future service.
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy includes a window, generally 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, within which you may cancel or reschedule without a fee. Refund and Cancellation Policies for International Guests
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund. However, cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours prior may incur a fee. In cases of no-shows, the full service charge may apply. Refunds for international transactions will be processed in the original payment currency and may take additional time due to international banking protocols.
